with a subject header of RM LIST

The body of the message may be left blank or you can type whatever
message you wish.

QUIT/UNSUBSCRIBE:
To QUIT the mailing list, permanently or temporarily, send an e-mail
message to:

and a copy to:

    roc@smithway.org
    (CC: roc@smithway.org)

with a subject header of DROP ME - RM LIST
    (SUBJECT: DROP ME - RM LIST)

HOW IT WORKS:

    Once you have subscribed or joined the list, participating is up
to you. Messages will be forwarded to you as often as 3 or 4 times a
day or as infrequently as every other day (all depending on message
load). Messages are forwarded to you one at a time, this is not a
digest.
    Because the messages are being forwarded, the original sender's
e-mail address will not appear in the message header. If you wish to
respond directly to the message sender and not to everyone on the
list, you will have to look the sender's e-mail address up on our
CONTACT web page:

YOUR FIRST MESSAGE:

    There really aren't any hard and fast rules here on the RMGROUP
mailing list, members are not obliged in any way to respond to
messages or participate actively. One may simply read and watch, or
one may get as involved as you want.
    In the spirit of involvement and getting to know one another, I
like to ask all new members to send a message to the list introducing
themselves and telling us all a little bit about how they came to be
an RM fan.
